College Station Car Park

The city of Springfield is the developer of College Station Car Park, which will have nearly 400 parking spaces on the four upper floors and 35,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. DeWitt & Associates is the general contractor for the $8.69 million project. Desman Associates, a national parking facilities planner, is the architect of record and the structural engineer for the project. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the façade architect, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. College Station Car Park is scheduled for completion in late November.
