Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor for a 4,300-square-foot Cody’s convenience store in Nixa. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for the project. Engineers are Bernard Engineering, mechanical; Engineering Consultants Inc., structural; and Anderson Engineering Inc., civil.

The 24-hour convenience store is scheduled for completion in November, according to Curtis Jared, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Cody’s parent company CRW Properties Inc. The Nixa store will have a car wash on-site and 12 fueling bays, Jared said.[[In-content Ad]]
