Cody's Convenience Store

Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor for a 4,300-square-foot Cody’s convenience store on Sunshine Street. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for the project. Engineers are Bernard Engineering, mechanical; Engineering Consultants Inc., structural; and Anderson Engineering Inc., civil. According to the building permit on file with the city of Springfield, the project has an estimated construction cost of $800,000.

It is scheduled for completion in late February or early March, according to Curtis Jared, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Cody’s parent company, CRW Properties Inc. Cody’s will have a 24-hour convenience store and 12 fueling bays.
