Cobblestone Office Villas

Pedigo Construction Inc. is the general contractor for Glendale Office Park LLC’s Cobblestone Office Villas. The architect is Bates & Associates Architects and the engineer is Great River Engineering. The development eventually will comprise three buildings and a total of 22,050 square feet at an estimated cost of $2.64 million. Liberty Bank is the lender for the project. Greg Huntsman of Jim Hutcheson Realtors and Tim Pedigo of Pedigo Construction are principals in Glendale Office Park LLC. The development will include interconnected sidewalks and front-door parking. The first building is slated for completion this summer.
