Bates & Associates Architects is the architect for the project, and Great River Engineering is the engineer. Greg Huntsman of Jim Hutcheson Realtors and Tim Pedigo of Pedigo Construction are principals in Glendale Office Park LLC. Liberty Bank is the lender for the development, which will comprise three buildings at an estimated cost of $2.64 million.
