Coal company emerges from bankruptcy with new name

U.S. coal mining company Murray Energy Holdings exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a new name.

The company is now known as American Consolidated Natural Resources Inc. It was created by former creditors who bought the firm's assets.

The company is the largest privately owned U.S. coal operator.
