CNN severs ties with Donna Brazile

CNN has cut ties with interim Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Donna Brazile after hacked emails showed the former contributor shared questions with the Clinton campaign ahead of a debate and town hall during the Democratic primary.

Brazile's contract with CNN already was on suspension after she became interim DNC chairwoman over the summer.

The hacked emails posted by WikiLeaks indicate Brazile shared a question that would be posed to Hillary Clinton before the March CNN Democratic debate in Flint, Michigan. She also shared a possible question prior to a CNN town hall, also in March, according to Politico.
