Allison Gollust, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at CNN, has resigned from the company.
Her exit follows an investigation into “issues associated with Chris Cuomo and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo,” according to a company memo obtained by USA Today.
A third-party investigation found Gollust, former network chief Jeff Zucker and ousted CNN anchor Chris Cuomo violated company policies. The network previously terminated Cuomo for helping his brother, embattled New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, amid sexual harassment allegations.
Zucker left after the disclosure of a consensual sexual relationship with Gollust.
