Springfield-based CNH Reman LLC has installed new leadership.
James Wilson was appointed general manager and Ken Stephens was named chief operations officer, effective Jan. 1, according to a news release.
Wilson succeeds Bruce Krueger, who announced his retirement in October after 17 years with CNH and eight years as CNH Reman leader. Krueger is credited with driving compounded 10% annual growth at the company.
Wilson takes over the helm of CNH Reman after most recently serving as director of supply chain and joining the company in 2020. His LinkedIn profile points to career experience as director of business services for Tuthill Corp. and general manager for NewStream Enterprises.
"Both of our joint venture partners, CNH and SRC Holdings Corp., have a desire to grow, so by working together, our opportunities are endless," Wilson said in the release. "We plan to continue to grow in the sectors of electronics and drivetrain and bring this business to well over $300 million. We have the people and the talent to do it."
The heavy-equipment parts remanufacturer additionally named Stephens to the newly created COO position, through which he oversees supply chain and production operations. Stephens has been the company's director of manufacturing since 2022.
