Project description: A preengineered metal building project will enable CNH Reman, a tenant of SRC Holdings Corp., to expand its manufacturing facilities. The new building is designed to connect to an existing 257,000-square-foot structure and will include a large employee breakroom, locker rooms, conference rooms and several office spaces, project officials say. Additionally, two corridor buildings will accommodate both foot and forklift travel between the new and existing buildings. Architect is Slone Architects & Interior Designers Inc. Engineers are Lee Engineering & Associates LLC, civil; Bergmann Engineering Co. LLC, structural; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
