CMH to hire up to 90

Citizens Memorial Healthcare scheduled a Sept. 25 hiring fair to fill up to 90 vacant positions.

Slated to be held at the Bolivar hospital, the event would seek registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, registered medical transcriptionists, medical lab technicians, therapists, long-term care nurses and housekeepers, according to a news release.

CMH Director of Human Resources Jeremy MacLaughlin said via email the positions are for the health care system’s facilities in Bolivar, El Dorado, Buffalo and Ash Grove.

CMH currently employs 1,850, according to Director of Marketing Tamera Heitz-Peek.

She said the plan is to make hires as soon as possible. At the job event, candidates would interview with department directors.
