Project description: This three-story, 105,000-square-foot, climate-controlled storage building will contain 688 rentable units ranging from 5-foot-square to 10-by-30-foot units. A key feature of the building will be a fully climate-controlled drive-thru for loading and unloading to keep patrons out of the weather, project officials say.
