Project description: The Clifton M. Smart III University Advancement Center at Missouri State University is designed to include a 3,600-square-foot ballroom event hall, an exterior event lawn and a more intimate meeting space dubbed the living room. The office side of the building will include spaces for numerous campus programs, as well as conference spaces and an executive board room. The architect is Dake Wells Architecture Inc., and the landscape architect is Ecological Design Group LLC (Rogers, Arkansas). Engineers are RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, civil; Crawford, Murphy & Tilly Inc., structural; True Engineering Group LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Terracon Consultants Inc., geotechnical.
