Project description: Following the passage of a bond issue in 2024, the Clever school district is completing projects at both its high school and what it refers to as its “elemiddle” school, serving students in grades prekindergarten through eight. The high school is getting a 7,800-square-foot single-story classroom addition plus a 4,000-square-foot weight room addition. The elemiddle school will get a 19,000-square-foot single-story addition with general and science classrooms, a band and music room, a weight room and support spaces. Both buildings will also have renovations to existing spaces.
