Cleveland’s Major League Baseball team is getting a new name.
The team will be known as the Cleveland Guardians at the end of the 2021 season.
The team has faced backlash for its current name, the Cleveland Indians, amid a national reckoning for institutions and teams to drop logos and names that are considered racist.
