Springfield-based Clear Creek Vehicles has sold its Polaris franchise to S&H Farm Supply Inc. of Lockwood.
The transfer was approved June 1 by Minneapolis-based Polaris Industries Inc. The sale closed for an undisclosed amount, according to a news release.
“After interviewing several potential buyers, it was obvious that S&H was the best fit to become the local Polaris dealer due to their expertise in taking care of the parts and service needs of their customers and their knowledge of the market," Clear Creek Vehicles President Mark Ringenberg said in the release, noting the company would focus its efforts on golf cart sales moving forward.
S&H will sell the Polaris product line - including ATVs and utility vehicles - at its Rogersville store, 6959 E. U.S. Highway 60. S&H sells and services farm equipment, including tractors and lawnmowers.
"Our current sales, parts and factory-trained service staff are very familiar with the power sports industry and the Polaris brand, so we are ready to hit the ground running," S&H President Eric Schnelle said in the release.[[In-content Ad]]
