Los Angeles investor Tryperion Partners purchased the Shaw Park Plaza office building in Clayton.
The financial terms of the deal for the 280,000-square-foot structure were undisclosed. The building was last appraised at $47.2 million.
Tryperion is planning $12 million in upgrades to the building.
