A class-action lawsuit filed in California accuses Roblox of illegally facilitating child gambling.
The lawsuit cites third-party gambling sites that invite users to gamble their in-game currency from Roblox on blackjack, slots, roulette and other games of chance.
“Bad actors make illegal use of Roblox’s intellectual property and branding to operate such sites in violation of our standards,” company officials said in a statement.
