Morgan Stanley, a national financial services company and the building’s first tenant, moved Sept. 8 into 4,035 square feet of space.
Keller Williams Realty is scheduled to move into 7,006 square feet in October, and Carleton & Co. LLC and Carleton Realty LLC will occupy 7,422 square feet beginning in January. Carleton & Co. is the Claremont building’s contractor, and Carleton Realty is the property manager.
Early next year, five executive office suites ranging from 500 square feet to 1,100 square feet will be available for lease. About 9,157 square feet of retail space is available now, and Carleton Realty hopes to land a restaurant, day spa or medical user for the space, according to Donna Cleous, real estate broker for the company.
The property’s developer is Kensington Place Development Group LLC, which has the same owners as Carleton & Co. and Carleton Realty.
