Carleton & Company LLC is general contractor and ESB Architecture & Planning Inc. is architect for the approximately 30,600-square-foot project. Creative Ink is the structural engineer and Smith-Goth Engineers is the mechanical engineer. The lender for the approximately $5 million project is Peoples Bank of the Ozarks.
