The Tulsa City Council in Oklahoma this week approved a program that incentivizes COVID-19 vaccines for employees.
City employees who are fully vaccinated by Oct. 15 will receive a $250 stipend.
Starting Nov. 1, vaccinated employees in city departments with a vaccination rate of at least 70% will get an additional $250 stipend.
