Question 1

Shall the Park Board be authorized to permit the possession, sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages at state, regional or national adult softball events or at after-hour events in Dickerson Park Zoo, provided sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to an area which is clearly identified and restricted to adults; at adult-oriented tennis events held at Cooper Park tennis complex and at the Ice Park, provided admission is limited to paying customers and the sale of alcohol is limited to an area which is clearly identified and restricted to adults; and at clearly identified locations on the golf courses which are restricted to adults or in the clubhouse of the golf course?

Question 2

Shall the city of Springfield, Missouri, annex unincorporated territory adjacent to it and generally located south of Battlefield Road and north of the James River Freeway, and west of Golden Avenue and East U.S. 160 (West-Bypass), and that area between the existing city limits west of Golden Ave. and north of Battlefield Road and east of Carver Middle School, less and except any part within the city limits of Springfield, Missouri, and as more particularly described in General Ordinance No. 5214 of the city of Springfield, Missouri?

Question 3

Shall the city of Springfield, Missouri annex two tracts of unincorporated territory adjacent to it and generally located at the northwest corner of Republic Road and Scenic Avenue, and that area bounded by Glenn Street, Lark and Holiday and Republic Road, and also a tract of land at the southeast corner of Holiday and Republic Road. less and except any part within the city limits of the city of Springfield, Missouri and as more particularly described in General Ordinance No. 5214 of the city of Springfield, Missouri?

Question 4

Shall the city of Springfield, Missouri, annex unincorporated territory adjacent to it generally located on the westside of Campbell Avenue between the James River Freeway (U.S. 60/U.S. 160) and Plainview Road (FR 182) and four lots generally located at the southwest corner of Campbell Avenue and Plainview Road (FR 182), and five lots in the Hoefts subdivision generally located in the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Plainview Road, less and except any part within the city limits of the city of Springfield, Missouri, and as more particularly described in General Ordinance No. 5214 of the city of Springfield, Missouri?
