Jennings, a city in north St. Louis County, intends to appeal a $2 million judgment related to a construction contract.
Jennings was ordered in December to pay Hankins Construction Co. for damages over a canceled contract to build a new city hall and community center.
Hankins Construction filed suit against the city last year.
