Larry Snyder & Co. is the general contractor for Citizens Union State Bank’s new 13,000-square-foot facility in Branson. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners served as architect and structural engineer. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins also served as mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the facility, which is scheduled for completion this spring. The new bank will be Citizens Union’s 11th location. All of the bank’s branches are located in southwest and west-central Missouri between Branson and Lee’s Summit. The new structure is a two-story facility of concrete, stone and brick. It will have a three-lane covered drive-through and a covered automated teller machine, along with a standard bank lobby and offices. According to a building permit filed with the city of Branson, the estimated construction cost for the project is $1.3 million.
