Federal Construction Inc. is the general contractor for Citizens National Bank’s new Ozark location, which is scheduled for completion in July. Springfield architect Kent Smith designed the single-story facility. Smith said he served as architect for all five of Citizens National Bank’s locations. Ryan Howard of Engineering Consultants of Springfield is the structural engineer and Charles Tharp of Tharp & Associates is the mechanical and electrical engineer. Citizens National Bank Chairman and CEO Frank Hilton said that the Ozark location will be a full-service bank branch with four drive-through lanes and an on-site automated teller machine. “Any service that we have in Springfield will be available in Ozark,” Hilton said. The 5,750-square-foot bank is scheduled for completion in July. Hilton said that the estimated cost of the equipment, land and building is $1.4 million.
