This new 15,000-square-foot facility replaces an aging and crowded facility and provides the bank with increased visibility at the corner of U.S. Highway 60 and Business Route 60 just west of Rogersville. The new location has two floors and a full basement, with 5,000 square feet per floor. The new facility houses the main operations of the Citizens Bank of Rogersville. The exterior is brick, synthetic stucco, with a prefinished metal roof and trim. The interior uses an open design with an etched-glass, railed atrium in the lobby, which opens up to the second floor. The interior has a modern appearance with warm wood trim and furnishings. This project was completed on budget and on time.
