Cisco Systems intends to bring back $67 billion of funds held overseas to capitalize on recent U.S. tax law changes.
However, tax reform resulted in the company taking an $11.1 billion charge in its fiscal second quarter.
Because of the charge, the company swung to a net loss of $8.8 billion during the quarter.
