Cintas Corporation announced Sept. 28 that the Kansas City-Topeka-Wichita area will be one of the first U.S. markets to benefit from Xpect First Aid & Safety services. After acquiring several of the top first aid companies in the country, Cintas created the new Xpect brand.
"Xpect is a completely new approach to first aid and safety designed to give our customers better service, better systems and better products," said Steve Dennis, Kansas City-area location manager. "We've been serving first aid customers in the Kansas City area for more than 13 years and are now pleased to introduce Xpect to customers from Kansas City to Topeka and Wichita."
Xpect provides first aid supplies, plus safety and emergency products to more customers nationwide than any other van-delivered first aid company. New Xpect products include: first aid kits and cabinets, safety glasses, hearing and respiratory protection and defibrillators.
"With our van-delivered, on-site service, Xpect customers never have to worry about checking and restocking these items," Dennis said.
In addition, Xpect provides companies with CPR/first aid classes and OSHA Compliance training. Xpect's services and products are tailored to meet the needs of individual customers ranging from manufacturers to restaurants.
"Xpect's service representatives are trained in CPR and first aid and now have new tools to help our customers prevent injuries and lower worker's comp and health care costs," Dennis said. "Now, the Kansas City-Topeka-Wichita-area companies have a convenient, reliable local safety resource backed by the strength of a $2 billion company like Cintas."
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Cintas Corporation is a leader in the uniform rental and corporate identity apparel industry and also provides a wide range of ancillary services, including entrance mats, sanitation supplies and first aid products and services. Cintas is a publicly held company traded over the NASDAQ National market under the symbol CTAS.
