Chrysler issued a recall for more than 338,000 Jeep Grand Cherokees.
An issue with the vehicles’ upper control arm ball joints and steering knuckles could cause the steering wheel to fall outwards. In that situation, the driver may lose control of the SUV.
Certain 2022-2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs and the larger 2021-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L are included in the recall.
