Chipotle settles consumer food safety claims

Chipotle Mexican Grill financially settled with over 100 customers who became ill after eating its food.

The settlement terms over the E. coli sicknesses were undisclosed.

"We are a company that does the right things for our customers and we simply believed settling these claims was the right thing to do," said company spokesman Chris Arnold in an emailed statement.
