Chinese solar company JinkoSolar announced yesterday its board gave the green light for a U.S. factory.
The announcement follows President Donald Trump's order to impose tariffs of up to 30 percent on imports of solar panels.
A Jinko spokesman declined to provide more details on the factory in the works.
