Chinese company to buy Hollywood studio stake for $3.5B

China's Dalian Wanda Group announced plans buy a controlling stake in Hollywood film studio Legendary Entertainment in a deal valued at $3.5 billion.

Legendary is the studio behind "Jurassic World," the latest Batman trilogy and "Godzilla."

Movie theater operator Dalian Wanda is led by China's richest man, Wang Jianlin.
