Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor is interested in buying Fiat Chrysler.
"We have the willingness to buy FCA," a company spokesperson said of the parent of Jeep, Maserati, Dodge, Ram and Alfa Romeo.
In a statement Monday, Fiat Chrysler officials said they had "not been approached by Great Wall Motors."
