China’s richest man reportedly is in talks to acquire control of Dick Clark Productions.
The Wall Street Journal reports billionaire Wang Jianlin's Dalian Wanda Group Co. is seeking an acquisition of Dick Clark Productions at a valuation of about $1 billion.
The Wanda Group also owns theater chain AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. and movie producer Legendary Entertainment.
