China to waive tariffs on US medical imports

China is waiving trade-war tariffs on U.S. medical equipment imports.

The decision, effective March 2, comes as China continues to battle the coronavirus epidemic.

More than 72,000 people have been infected by the outbreak. More than 1,800 people have died.
