China introduced new rules to curb mobile use by children.
The rules from the Cyberspace Administration of China bar "non-adult” children from using the internet from mobile devices from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Kids between the ages of 16 and 18 also will be restricted to two hours’ mobile usage.
