China, Russia form combined aerospace enterprise

China and Russia are teaming up to take on Airbus and Boeing.

The countries this week established China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Co., or Craic for short.

Through the partnership, the countries plan to create a new twin-aisle airliner designed to compete with offerings by Boeing and Airbus.
