China is no longer the biggest foreign holder of US debt

China no longer holds the crown for the biggest foreign holder of U.S. debt. That title now belongs to Japan.

Beijing has been dumping U.S. government debt to prop up its currency. 

At the end of October, China's holdings of U.S. debt for to $1.12 trillion. Japan held $1.13 trillion.
