China accused of rerouting goods to dodge tariffs

The White House is alleging that China is rerouting goods through more than 40 countries to avoid U.S. tariffs.

Vietnam and Malaysia are among the countries named.

According to the White House report, the U.S. is losing between $19 billion and $26 billion in tariffs due to China's alleged practice.
