Chili's Grill & Bar

Munlake Construction of Kansas City is the general contractor for the 5,876-square-foot Chili’s on Branson Hills Parkway. Chili’s Grill & Bar, a franchise of Brinker International of Dallas, is scheduled to open Dec. 7, with a seating capacity of 219. Brinker International handled the architecture and engineering for the project. According to the building permit filed with the city of Branson, the estimated value of construction is $750,000.

Besides Chili’s Grill & Bar, Brinker International also has Chili’s Too, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Maggiano’s Little Italy.
