Children’s Miracle Network telethon sets record

Posted online
Children’s Miracle Network of CoxHealth raised a record $1.61 million during its telethon last weekend.

The 22nd annual event aired live on KY3 June 2–3.

“Each year, we continue to see a rise in the number of requests for assistance from CMN, and the money raised during the telethon means we can carry on meeting the needs of sick and injured children in our area,” CMN Director Heather Fesperman said in a news release.

All locally raised funds stay in the Ozarks, according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
