Chick-fil-A announced plans to soon allow some antibiotics in its chicken.
The decision reverses a 2014 commitment to use only antibiotic-free chicken.
Supply chain issues were cited in the decision, through which chicken antibiotics will only be used "if the animal and those around it were to become sick," company officials said.
