Chicago's iconic Wrigley Building may fetch as much as $200 million in a sale.
The ownership group led by BDT Capital Partners is reportedly shopping out the building to sales brokers.
The BDT-led group is said to have paid $33 million for the structure in 2011. The building was once the headquarters for chewing gum giant Wrigley Co.
