A breach at Chicago's Rush System for Health compromised the personal information of 45,000 patients.
The patients' names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birth dates and health insurance information were exposed. Medical history was not.
Hospital spokeswoman Deb Song added no financial information was exposed in the breach.
