Chicago-based Accel Entertainment has penned a deal to buy Fairmount Park in Collinsville, Illinois, near St. Louis.
The deal for the 99-year-old horse-racing track, aka FanDuel Sportsbook and Horse Racing, is valued at $35 million.
Accel Entertainment is planning to add a casino and restaurants at the track.
