Chewy maintains No. 1 spot on annual customer satisfaction survey

Pet supplies retailer Chewy maintained its top rank in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

Chewy has held the top spot for the past three years. In the latest report, the company's satisfaction score was up 1% from the previous study.

The report, which surveyed 41,850 consumers about online retailers, found an overall satisfaction decline of 1% since last year.
