Chesterfield office building sells for $36M

The Corporate Plaza office building in Chesterfield has sold for $36 million.

Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III agreed to buy it from Westport Capital Partners LLC.

Mercy serves as lead tenant for the building, which is 98 percent leased.
