Chesterfield Eyeworks

The Bailey Co. is the general contractor of Chesterfield Eyeworks’ office building for Dr. Bill and Linda Holmes. The architect is Chris Ball of Jack Ball & Associates Architects PC. The engineer is HBH Engineers LLC. The 4,434-square-foot building is scheduled for completion Nov. 30, when the eye clinic will move from Chesterfield Village.

In addition to the eye clinic, the building, which has an estimated construction cost of $410,000, will have two spaces available for lease.
