Chesterfield company moving to Indiana, with its 100 jobs

AEP River Operations is preparing to leave its Chesterfield offices — home to about 100 employees — and Missouri following the barge shipper’s sale to a Jeffersonville, Ind.-based barge line.

American Commercial Lines LLC bought the company last week for $550 million.

The move is expected in the middle of next year.
