Online chess website Chess.com has ended its relationship with the Saint Louis Chess Club.
Chess.com will no longer support Saint Louis Chess Club events following assault allegations against a former Chess Club employee, according to media reports.
Officials with Chess.com pointed to how the Chess Club and US Chess Federation, also based in St. Louis, responded to allegations of sexual assault against chess grandmaster Alejandro Ramirez, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
